I found the location quite convenient (everything i needed was nearby). the room included a refrigerator. That was helpful. they provided luggage storage on the day i departed, allowing me to explore a bit more.
The carpet had some bad stains. It could use a refresh.

The hotel is reasonably close to the main train station. the metro station is just around the corner, a definite plus. the hotel is easily connected to the city center. Made getting around simple.

The hotel is near the metro, about 300 meters away. i found a kettle with coffee and tea in the room. That was nice. breakfast was also available. the upper floors allow for a good view of the city center.
the air conditioning didn't work properly. i could not adjust it with the remote.

The location was convenient (it was near the bus station). It was also within walking distance to the city center. The room had a beautiful and colorful design.
The air conditioning did not work. The room temperature was above 30 degrees Celsius. The bed mattress felt too soft and old.

I really appreciated how close the hotel was to major landmarks. It made exploring so easy. our suite was spacious with three balcony entrances, providing lovely views. the staff were always available and helpful, our needs were met. housekeeping cleaned our room almost daily, which i was so grateful for.

The room included soaps, shampoo, clean towels and a hair dryer. I am grateful! the sheets and pillows were soft and comfortable. I slept soundly every night. the upper floors have a good view of the city center.

the staff was very cute and friendly. they gave me information for the things around the hotel. the hotel is near bus stops, underground, supermarkets, it has very easy access to the city centre.
this hotel has serious issues with hygiene. the toilet and the rest of the room are full with stains and not properly cleaned. the breakfast was in another restaurant but also not good and very dirty.
